With your permission, PayNotify accesses and reads SMS messages on your designated MoMo device to extract transaction-related details, such as:

  • References and transaction IDs
  • Timestamps

Note: We only read and process messages related to MoMo receipts. We do not access personal messages or unrelated content.

c. Usage Data

We may collect anonymized data about how you use the app for diagnostics, analytics, and improving performance (e.g., which features are used most often).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the PayNotify service. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Display, organize, and store your MoMo receipts

  • We do not store or process financial funds or credentials such as MoMo PINs or account balances.

  • To trusted service providers assisting us in operating the app (e.g., SMS gateways, email services), bound by confidentiality

  • You can request deletion of your personal data (excluding local transaction records stored on your own device).
