Welcome to PayNotify! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PayNotify mobile and desktop applications, services, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use PayNotify, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate or manage a business using mobile money (MoMo) services in Ghana or your respective country.

2. Service Overview

PayNotify provides a solution for businesses to:

  • Monitor and organize mobile money transaction receipts
  • View and verify MoMo payments in real-time across multiple devices
  • Securely store and access MoMo receipt data
  • Receive periodic summaries via SMS or email

Depending on the plan you select, features may vary.

3. Pricing Plans

Freemium Plan

  • Free access with limited features
  • MTN network support only
  • Daily cap of 500 receipts
  • Ads will be displayed in the application
  • No access to add-ons or premium support

Full Access Plan

  • One-time payment of GHS 2,000
  • Unlimited receipts
  • Support for multiple networks (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, etc.)
  • No ads
  • Access to add-ons and PayNotify Store
  • Lifetime updates and 24/7 call centre support

4. Data Privacy and Storage

All receipt data processed by PayNotify is stored locally on your device or authorized systems. PayNotify does not store your transaction funds or interact directly with mobile money platforms.

We do not share your data with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Device & Network Access

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a compatible Android phone (Android 10+) with an active MoMo SIM
  • Ensuring internet connectivity for syncing and viewing transactions
  • Authorizing only trusted devices for transaction viewing

6. Account Usage

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and access credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

PayNotify is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

7. Limitations and Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, PayNotify may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or third-party interruptions. We are not liable for losses due to delayed or missed receipts caused by such disruptions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with any aspect of the software
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to bypass receipt limits or network restrictions on Freemium plans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. PayNotify may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

Refunds for the Full Access plan are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via the email provided on your account or in-app notifications.
